Replacement and refund policy

  1. Our products are subject to a return or exchange policy according to the terms and conditions stipulated on this page .

  2. It is not possible to return or exchange the flavors that the customer requested and were finally delivered if they were opened

  3. It is possible to return or exchange if the product is different or wrong than what was ordered from the customer in the same original condition upon delivery and wrapped in the original packaging and has never been used or opened within a maximum period of (1) day only, except for flavors

  4. The return request shall be made within (1) day from the date of receipt, and no request will be considered after the expiry of the period .

  5. When returning or exchanging, the representative fees or the shipping company fees are borne by the customer if the error was from the site.

  6. All types of hookah devices and refillable electronic cigarette cartridges are replaced within a day if they have any manufacturing defect.

  7. Upon receiving the request from the representative, the customer must confirm the request before leaving the representative .
